Cannot access Skype Account

    For some reason, I cannot access my Skype account. Neither the recovery link nor the password provided via email do not work.

    I have filled in the customer service request form but unfortunately, it appears that it could take 72 hours before the issue is dealt with. This has not happened before and am unsure as to what might have triggered this? Does anyone have any ideas or similar experience? It is used rather infrequently but there is a credit balance on my account. Any advice appreciated.

    When is the last time you updated the application, click on the about tab and then click check for updates

    The application was last updated approx. 1 week ago, the last time I made Skype phone calls - not an updating issue therefore.

    Mmmm strange, try uninstalling and reinstall
