"Failure to mount sd card error" Samsung Note 4

Can anyone give advice please.

I have two 128GB micro sd memory cards.

I have a HTC 620 and a Samsung Note 4.

Both memory cards work fine without any hassle on the HTC but not on the Samsung.

I tried reformatting the cards on the pic and on the Samsung.

When I try formatting on the Samsung I get an error message stating "failed to mount sd card error"

Very frustrated any tips appreciated:(

Not sure what the issue is on your Note 4. I bought a 128gb Sandisk Ultra and it is working on my Note 4

I also have a 32GB card and thst was showing errors some of the time on the Note 4 as well
