How to unlock and reclaim old number?

Hi I was on Three and lost my phone. I bought a locked Tesco phone and got an unlock code. I also got a Three SIM. What order do I need to do things in now? Insert Three SIM Unlock phone Contact Three about changing this new number to my old number? Thanks M

You need a replacement SIM card from Three, not a new SIM card (one that comes with a new number). You can obtain one for free in any Three store.
There will be instructions on the SIM card package for how to transfer your old number on the replacement SIM card. I think it's this form, but check the package.

A better place to query all things Three is on the Three forum.
