Does anybody know if there is a tax reason why organic rolling tobacco isn't sold in the Republic?. You can buy it in the North, I thought there might be some legal or tax reason behind it.

Why would you want an organic carcinogen?

Damage limitation, I smoke about once a month and the regular stuff makes me sick. The organic tobacco isn't laced with toxic chemicals, I'm not here to be a saint ;).
