De Gea was immense again today. Really hope he stays but I can't see it. The 50m or so we get won't go near replacing him either.

I just like pointing out the hypocrisy, that's all. Now that I've done so I'll be on my way, have a good evening gentlemen.

I have been holding myself back, I am gonna stick with the "its not worth it" theory for now

You're all fúcking ridiculous. Both sides.

Utd win to go 2nd and ahead of City. Liverpool hammer City. And all some of you want to do is fúcking squabble and one-up each other like kids.

Grow up, or we'll start getting fast and loose with the banhammer.

It was a strange time is all, ye had just won a big game so you think you would have other threads to be in, also the thing about it is, this time Liverpool were directly involved in a game against our rivals for the title so would have a reason to be discussed.

As you have left I know you won't read this, but I genuinely hope you have a fantastic evening also.

Yup. You'd hope that we'd have more pull to get those players than some of the other teams but thats far from a guarantee these days. We're still miles behind united/city/arsenal and chelsea in terms of squad depth. Tho I think its fair to say that the top teams are about as weak as they've been in 20 years. The "big 4" teams of 7-10 years ago would all walk to the title imo. The peak fergie teams would win it by 20 points.

Course. Liverpool are 4th biggest draw I would say but they wouldn't e going for the players city, utd, Chelsea would go for

Only problem is getting that 100 million well spent and the right players and so many other chances and luck.
Ye saw that with the saurez money and with the bale money.
We all know money isn't the answer.
Wouldn't care seeing Liverpool doing well, just as long as utd are going well.

Shouldn't that be posted in the Liverpool thread?

We were all minding our own business here.

I sure enough of us have warnings for posting in other teams threads

I don't see why you shouldn't be able to discuss different teams in a superthread, people often take most sense when speaking about opposition teams.

    I know Niallo :)

But people tend to get reported when that happens

Today felt like an important 3 points; showing that (imo) whatever about the style of play; LVG has the team working for him and the team in a way Moyes wasn't able too. Rooney, Martial, Fellaini, Valencia, Carrick, Shaw and maybe Wilson all unavailable, and we still won at a place relatively hard to score/win at.

Thought we looked good going forward and in control up until Herrera went off, it all went a bit crap after that and the change of formation. Can only think LVG was too worried about throwing Goss or Pereira on relatively early in the game which was the only way of keeping the same formation (though Goss is more a Carrick type midfielder); though maybe move Young further forward and play Darmian at RB? Dunno.

Also thought Lingard did well again today. Good use of the ball and some very intelligent runs and movement. Pity about the finishing. I still reckon he will be, at best, a good squad player for United but he is certainly doing his best to take the chance afforded him. You can see why LVG likes him though, does what he is asked and shows a good football brain.

Thought Rojo was absolutely rubbish today - not just for the penalty, misjudged and poorly dealt with a number of Watford attacks. We are lucky he didn't cost us the three points.

Beat PSV, beat Leicester and we fcuking flying :) ... the most open Premier League I can ever remember at this stage, literally every point is vital now.

Today's injury time winner was brilliant - far too long since I felt that late goal rush :)

    Best in the world.

He does get tested alot more then that german fella anyway. Id be lot more confident of keeping de gea the longer the season goes on with no leaked stories from marca about buy out clauses or anything.

    Jesus remember the old days......

It wasnt "IF" we would score at the end of the Game

Its was "When" we would score
