    Funnily enough even though I moved from PHP to Node.js for the back end, I didnt change it, I just ported the regular expression over. I haven't changed the regex for stock checking in the 4 years ...

    ya 3 for 2 on toys starts tomorrow for the weekend. Also xbox one 500gb bundle deal with fifa 16, rise of the tomb raider and star wars battlefront for €399.99.

    It is €369.99. Argos have been brilliant with the Xbox One bundles

    Oh ya it is. That might change tomorrow cos on their ad on the window for tomorrow says €399.99. Their website hasn't updated yet.

    If you accept that it is a budget tablet- with the lowest possible priced components- and don't try to compare it to a Samsung, Asus, Nexus- or other 'premium' tablet- and put a good gel case on it- it is fine for kids (I use website whitelists for Mac addresses of the devices the kids use- at the router- you will need to do something yourself).

    Serious bit of kit that. I've the 32gb version which I got here a few months back direct from lenovo. I'd recommend it. Running lollipop no problems at all.

    Can't remember the model though!

    Anyone know if the toshiba laptop that's part of their Black Friday deals is any good ref no 245/5914. Son is looking for a laptop to play some games off Steam and put You tube videos up. He is 9 so doesn't need it for work or homework

    The processor in it overheats quite remarkably. Personally- I'd not care what the price is- I'd avoid.

    Have it reserved. Haven't a clue about laptops but would it do a 9 year old? He uses his iPad for most things but wants a laptop and I have to get a camera and microphone and an elgato as well so was trying to bring down costs

    He has done that with his brother but For whatever reason he is insisting santy brings this elgato thingy (hope I get the right one) and laptop. He does video diaries on his iPad all the time but he wants the laptop and a camera with it. Not sure if it's a web camera thing or a normal camera. He won't tell as he says Santy knows.

    Ask over in Gaming Vids & Streaming about which Elgato to get...or Playstation maybe.

    I see Amazon have a lighting sale on one at the min, 50mins to go. I wouldn't know much about them though.

    Pricey yokes, wee lad is taking the piss outta santy.
