Renault grand scenic 07 sunroof

    So I just bought the Renault grand scenic which has a panoramic sunroof my question is are some of these for show or should if open? The manual shows controls beside the light switch in roof at front but these controls are not there?

    No controls in my car to open sunroof can this be right?!

    Ask the seller where they are. Maybe it's a fixed glass roof?

    Do you mean the controls don't work, or the controls cannot, at this time, be physically located?

    A lot of those sunroofs are fixed and don't open.
    Normally on the poverty Royale spec which will have manual handbrake and electric front windows only.
    If it is an opening roof the control is just above the rear view mirror.

    I drive a grand scenic, the controls are just above where the cabin lights are, near the rear view mirror. The bit that opens is the bit over the drivers seat, the section over the back seats is stationary. What model do you have? I have the Dynamique, not sure if that makes a difference.
