Canon 5D range... Which one?

It's been a few years since I went out with the camera to do an event or anything, but I wan to get back into it again so I'm taking the first step with an upgrade. I love my 5D so I'm sticking that range but I'm a bit unsure which to buy. MKIII, S or SR.

I know there's advantages and disadvantages to all. Where the MKIII excels in dynamic range and ease of video controls, the S and SR more than compensate with the quality.

But disregarding price point, any recommendations?

I think this will come down to your style of shooting and subject matter. In image size the S/R winds hands down at 50mp vs 22mp but loses out in other key areas, S/R iso range only goes to 6400 (expandable to 12,800) where as the MK3 natively goes to 25,600 (expandable to 102,400) and shoots 1 more fps (6vs5)
I tend to shoot a lot of moving subjects, so for me the benefits of the extra iso and fps beat the extra megapixel count.

The 50mp one isn't as good at low light either. Do you really need 50mp?
Remember that you also need the best of lenses to be able to resolve a good enough image for that many MP to count.

I have nice collection of lenses so that's not an issue. I don't think I've ever shot as high as 6000iso either, even shooting at motor events where there's high speed subjects. I think the 50mp and sharpness of the SR would be great for large canvas prints but the low light pitfalls have me in two minds.
