Also, the stupid touch-pad just changed my FB language to an Arabic looking language so I'll have to look up how to change it back.

    First world problems etc.
D'ya see, some people would use that as an opportunity to learn another language, to improve yerself. :pac:

Splashback when dropping a john in the can.

take away delivery men, and the fact that they either tap the porch door so quietly you'd barely know they're outside, or they come in and bang down the front door like a garda drug raid. theres no in between.

Could someone who is on Facebook please tell me, when you click the blue arrow to get into settings, how far down (for the LOVE OF ZOD) is the languages setting?

As I said earlier, my laptop went nutzoid a while back and now it's in some language that I have no hope of learning :P and is now a mirror image of what I'm used to.

    Please help me.

    Please.

The first one. Edit by clicking the button on the right. Choose English from the drop-down menu. Click the blue button to save.

While you're there, try the English(Pirate) option which is what I use :)

I don't have FB so I can't help you directly, but as a back up plan why don't you try to load the page through Googletranslate?

My new TA is that I took my car-key off the ring last night so I could swap cars with my Da for the night. Put it back on in the wrong place and now my house key is not where it usually is and that makes me very unsettled. Will have to risk my nails again wrestling it off and then back on the ring once more. *sigh*

You may close the thread. I win the TA of the year with this:

I got a Salt n Vinegar Pringle crumb in my EYE.
    In my actual eyeball.
My eye is streaming and the crumb is STILL THERE.
    Salt n Vinegar!
    Crumb!
    IN EYE!

    It's gone. I've a red eye now.
That'll learn me. Pringles are evil.

It's a staple remover. I suppose a can opener might work too.

Now we all want to know how the pringle crumb got into your eye in the first place...

Here's my Pringle related trivial annoyance:

When I offer someone Pringles and they start shaking the tube, holding it sideways and doing all sorts of jittery movements with it to get a Pringle out.

Ffs, I had a perfectly stacked tube of Pringles and you ruined it :(

My other half finds it weird that I can get my hand, wrist and forearm into the tube.
Surely most people can do that?

Are you an oddly small person?? :D

My trivial annoyances are often related to personal space issues.

Hate when a queue bunches up too close so someone breathes down my neck.
If I am on a dart/train seat occupying one of 4 facing seats I hate it when the next person doesn't sit on a diagonal.
Please don't pee beside me in a urinal if there is space somewhere else.

No? Children maybe. Surely no adult men and few women?

I could get my elbow into it if it was long enough!

Your eye, apparently, but then you'd get crumbs into it, which is painful, or so we're told...
