This sounds familiar, happens on 67N to Celbridge too, i wake up in Maynooth then have to get a taxi back, waste of time and money.

Mind if I ask where you got this printed? Been meaning to get some side art for my bartop done for a year or so now.

Olly aka Muddymusic on JammaPlus or Alpha1 on UKVAC.
I can show you later the Centipede sideart he printed, its gorgeous.

I was doing the inside of the cab with black vinyl at the weekend,
would be a lot easier if I took off the sides and dismantled it.

The holy trinity has been disbanded, I am now simply a mortal man with two cabs. :(

Mother of christ was that an awkward lift. Heaviest candy ever. Heavier than ones with a 29 inch flat monitor. Sega really went out with all the metal.

On the plus side, it meant I removed all the extension harnesses from the Aero and stuck them back in the Pony. Time to play some Raiden 2 and Gnet shmups!

It looks great, T molding got delayed though.

Also should have time lapsed longer than 6 seconds.

Well that was an eventful evening.

Pony took a tumble off a trolley (again ffs!!!) no cosmetic damage on it this time, the delivery guy almost had a heart attack. I won't know if it's fine until I move it to the new place in a few weeks :(

My arcade stools fell down a lift shaft and got crushed. Yes, I know that sounds like something from a Die Hard film but it actually happened.

I had to stand there and press a big red button on a controller, watching them being crushed, similar to this.

    ...

Everything else, the couch, regular house appliances, plates and glasses are all fine.

    ...

Why do the gods hate my arcade addiction?!

Seriously though, that's some bad luck right there man. Stuff falling down a lift shaft?? How does that even happen. Thankfully it was stuff rather than people!

They're always making new people, retro stuff is in limited supply.
I'd be pushing the delivery guy down to cushion the fall of the retro stuff :)

So cosmetics finally done on the Silverline.

Tmolding done today along with coin door, piece of missing wood, put back on control panel. Bit of soldering of speakers before putting back on marquee.

Also took off the back sliding door to get the Astro in. Easier than you think.

    Nice home for the astro.

Looks like it needs some work alright. Will you give it a full respray?

Thinking about it, trying to finish the woody first, then onto that. So only researching now.

    Anyone bleached theirs? ;)
Or whats the best way to remove some scuffs.
Cant use the sander like the woody :(

I had a professional respray done on my atomiswave. Pricey, but as Andrew76 can attest, the finish is factory fresh.

Those white magic eraser pads are great at getting out deep scuffs. What it leaves behind will need more serious repair and attention.

Great where do i get a professional respray, and roughly what price?
    Ill read your thread now.

Respray gets done in a car crash repair type place. 300 easy depending on how many different colours and parts you need done.
