How do you set the date and time on a HKC SW812?

I have a HKC SW812 from 2002, and I've noticed that the time and date are wrong. I've read the manual from the HKC website and there's nothing about changing the date and time. Surely there has to be a way to do so? Any relevant replies are appreciated. Thanks.

You can if your user manager menu has being set up.
If you enter your use code and it starts to set it has not being.
Also if you have engineer access you can change the code in there.
