A few minutes ago there was IAA554 of the RAF cruising at 30 (thirty) knots at FL 250 over Dublin Airport but it's now disappeared. What could that have been?

Hmm I see it but I haven't worked-out what it was. Hex claiming to be AE0878 ( US Army C-12F 84-0181 ) and squawk 4531.

I didn't log it from my position, usually I'd have a good signal on something just there. Odd.

I would put it down to an FR24 glitch but that seems like a cop-out :)

Just saw that Ei109 is taking a very different route to its normal transatlantic route, is that due to weather?

Hail and thunder here which might explain this very strange routing from Stansted into Glasgow unless it was going to divert to Edinburgh until the last few minutes

    RWY 16 in use tonight.

RWY16 in use (weather permitting) until the 30th I think, from 11pm until 5am due to essential maintenance works on RWY28

Only JFK has an ETA of 04.14, everything else is on time or delayed, ET is 1 hour delayed.

    RY16 can handle prefecture fine.

There is no aircraft type using DUB on a scheduled basis that cannot use runway 16 for landing. Most can also use it for departure unless the winds are light or the temperature is high.

Ethiopian won't be using 16/34 it's their company policy now, one reason is they use E7 or B7 to reduce brake usage to keep them cooler for the short turn around.

10/28 anyway will be returned to use before the first TA arrival.

16/34 will not be in use every night till the 30th they only need a few days to do the essential repair work.
