Gonna go with honest mistake, the seller is selling another GT with the reg no on the disc on the image, NCTS says the one above is good until 03 Jan 2017

Edit: just looked at the add in the damaged/repairable section, says a bit of bodywork damage on a wheel arch, there are plenty sellers would tell you it was mint when every panel was buckled

No need to check NCT website, the correct cert is in the last pic.

The whole engine bay is in it's original red color. It says in the ad that the car was repainted not long ago. They just didn't do the engine bay. From your post I'm gathering you think it was in an accident? This doesn't seem to be the case from looking at the pic, the engine bay looks very original.

I heard some unscrupulous owners might tax a machine like this for 3 months, chance it for 6 then give it a new owner. Repeat process. Now I certainly would t advocate such behavior but I've heard it happens.

Total break of the rules. No NCT. Doesn't matter though because my guess says it'll fly another one for buttons and given the asking you'll be home and hosed for 5 or 600 quid even after a test. Just my gut.

Yep, gone to a good home, and would you believe only 500 yards down the road. there's plenty of life left in her, so i'll see her 'round for some time to come i hope.
