Gay scene in galway?

    I'm a student new to galway and was wondering where the best place to meet guys on a night out would be? I know there's no gay bar but i haven't had much luck in any of the clubs or bars really. Grindr is always there but i prefer meeting guys naturally, so any tips/advice?

    Hi.. Myself and my partner just moved to Galway start of September. Like you mentioned there are no bars. I think Roisin Dubh is doing a night tomorrow and it'll become a monthly thing though.. have you tried looking into the college lgbt society?

    There was a thread about this a few weeks ago titled "Galway gay/bi informal social group".

    A few of us have set up a social group on Meetup.com so feel free to join and suggest any ideas you've got for events or nights out. It's called TribesMEN so if you search for this on meetup.com it should come up.
