If I have three alloys wheels and one steel wheel(the same size of the tyre on all 4), will it pass or fail?
The reason why I have only three is that one of the Alloy is bent so I switched it with the spare wheel, and for the moment I don't want to fix it.

It'll pass providing the tyres are in good condition.

A few years ago I was in the same situation, and the car passed with 3 alloys, 1 steel and 3 different tyre thread types

You would probably pick up another alloy on the likes of Donedeal.
