    Life is so unfair sometimes. It really is viscous.

    The past few days I've felt like a nuisance and burden on everyone.

    I don't think there is anything anyone can say or do to help me. I need help. I need therapy/counselling. I'm on a waiting list and don't know how much longer I need to wait. I hope not long.

    Yesterday was a particularly bad day and all I wanted to do was take something and go to sleep permanently. I didn't, thanks to my two best friends.

    I'm fed up of everything right. It's one thing after another and has been for the past few years. I'm tired of battling everything. I'm drained and exhausted from it.
