Hi Seary09

I assume you are completing a degree in HR or just finished and do not have previous work experience in the HR field? If so that would be taken into consideration. It will depend who it is with a multinational, SME etc. Smaller the Org the more scope is covered by HR assistant while MNs can be separated out into specific areas.

If you have studied HR you already know its different functions so bring that into your answers
