Internet settings on Moto E 2nd Gen

Hi ... I'm looking in the settings to see how I turn off connecting to the internet unless I'm in a WiFi zone (on PAYG and it's eating my balance) .... anybody know how to do this ? The Motorola site was no help ...

Might not be 100 % accurate but if you go to Settings
then More...
Select mobile networks.
Select the network you are on and a box pops up with an option to turn off .
Hope this helps.

Edit: sorry that's wrong. Go to settings
Data usage and you can untick mobile data.
