Private Landlords in Shannon Co Clare

Hi, are there any private landlords in Shannon that are looking for long term tenants and would be agreeable to signing up to the HAP Scheme with the Council? As a landlord with a couple of properties in Shannon under the RAS, I'd say pet friendly will greatly limit your chances. A quick look on Daft a few minutes ago shows 2 houses available to rent in Shannon ( I didn't include flats ). 1 says no rent allowance and the other says no pets, how attached are you to your pet ?
