Flat Roof extension quote please.

    10ft x 10f x 10ft

    Torch on roof (I suppose?) plenty of insulation.
    Remove the window, and reuse it in the new extension.
    Put in a new PvC door (back door) onto the new extension.
    Relocate the oil burner (as the extension will be going where the burner is) so, moving the burner about 6 feet.
    Kit it out with a few double sockets, a double light switch, ceiling light. etc.

    How much would I be looking at please?

    How long is a piece of string
    What's the access to back of house like?
    What's parking like ?
    What's the wall construction and finish from foundation up ?
    Is there any services under the proposed extension ?
    What's the room function ?
    Concrete/suspended timber floors ?
    How close is nearest radiator ?
    Is boiler rated for extra radiator ?
    Plus a raft of other questions

    Honestly a job like that couldn't be priced blindly expect anything between 15-30 k possibly more depending on a more detailed spec.
