    Its mad yeah. To be honest I wouldn't mind if I had even gotten an email to say the order has gone through but will be delayed. But to receive nothing from them is extracting the urine !

    When yours was dispatched or collected by DHL in China, did you get an email or did it give a time on tracking? Can you find out what time it was?

    So if it passes that time tomorrow, I'll be out of my misery and know they won't be shipped until next week.

    Thanks newacc2015, I'll have a look for that in the morning.

    Finally managed to get through to them on the live chat, my order has gone through but I will only receive an email once the order status changes (currently its pending shipment).

    I have free US landline calls on my landline. So it didnt cost me anything. I think google does(well they did) offer free landline calls to the US and Canada on their hangout app

    Yeh you get an email letting you know its on its way and that you can check it via your one plus account. Its pretty quick once its on its way think it was two days with dhl then a day with parcel motel.

    Worth checking the orders page on your account just in case there was an issue with the email.

    Buy a tempered glass one on Ebay or Amazon.co.uk

    The one on it is probably shyte, and would only protect against light scratches.

    Have ordered a tempered one from Amazon as from going through the Oneplus forums its seems the one the factory apply is very cheap and the comments are very poor regarding them.
