Hi

We have phone, internet and TV with eircom.

Around 21:40 the internet went off on my computer. The TV was fine for a few minutes until I went to adjust the volume and the. It froze.

Eircom tech support was no use because they shut off the fault checking software at 9, even though they are the phones until 10.

The TV shows ERROR 405 and my internet browser just opens an Eir page claiming it is a CABLE ERROR. The modem is showing green lights except with the Internet. A network diagnostic on my computer shows that everything is fine whereas it would normally show that the interconnection is dead.

Can anyone suggest something for me to try to get back online?
