Gardai should be more intimating

Hi what do you think I think the guards uniform should be all black like the luas security Garda themselves should be beefed up skinheads. They need a better riot squad with water cannon and tear gas would the Spanish police would have the water meter protests cleared and gone in 5 minutes don't see why it can't be the same in Ireland. They should be armed aswell I may sound a bit brutal but face would there be any trouble making junkies and teenager if they got the end of a truncheon I doubt it.

Did you really just use the words "Garda" and "Skinheads" in the same sentence...?

(Although the Grammar Nazi inside me, if you'll pardon the phrase, is screaming at the singular use of "Garda" followed by plural of "skinheads"...)

If there wasn't soo many of them overweight,..(should be yearly fitness tests IMO)

/they did their job properly (enforce existing laws)...there would be no need for the changes you wish to see

Prison officers for our worst offenders should be recruited from foreign army or security backgrounds so they and their families can safely live as well as ensure that these prisons are secure places with real punishment.

Of course they should be more intimating, like if one intimated their decisions and actions when:
1. They were beating up Corrib protesters in return for a few cans from shell.
2. They leaked a story about Claire Daily drink driving and arrest her when she was below the limit.
3. Ignore every tribunal!!
4. Why they feel it is necessary to spy on protesters performing their democratic right which they are sworn to protect.
5. They bully whistle blowers.
6. They spied on Mick Wallace and the whole phone recording scandal.
7. They took off their badges and went around beating people up during May Day protests.
