    Hey everyone,
hope i can get the advice im looking for. i am a qualified social care worker but am not in a pernament position. Was half thinking of heading back into retail but no idea if it would be worth my while fianacially. i have roughly 8 years experience in retail and have gotten as far as a team leader position in one store i worked in for 4 years.

Guess i would like to be back working full time and seriously did enjoy my time in retail and would def be happy to return to it. Does anyone know what pay rates are out there with some company's?

    thanks
