Quick question. If i was to buy a used car from a main dealers in the UK and it has 3 years warranty from manufacturer left. Will it be honoured by the Irish dealers?

Yes. I needed a flywheel pulley ( or something like that) replaced on my Focus, which is a uk import, it was done by the local Ford Dealer under warranty.

The first 2 years of warranty on a new car will be covered anywhere. Further warranties can have different conditions attached and as such some people have had issues here.

OP, Does this Model come with the same warranty period here ?
If so, you should be fine, but you could always check with the Importer here (rather than a Main Dealer) first.

Ni its 3 years here but 5 years in the UK. So i can get a used model in the UK with the same warranty as here.

depends. some warranties have an extended period on the end where not as much stuff is covered, and things like block exemption rules on non dealer servicing don't apply.
