    ECAir aircraft are operated by Privatair, who are owned by Lufthansa, might have something to do with it! There is a 737cl in storage in SNN from ECAir also!

    Anyone know the reason behind the odd flight number into and out of Gatwick tonight ? EI2248 and EI 2235 ! Theses are not the regular LGW no.s any reason they have changed ?

    Rugby additional's. EI2XXX appears when flights are extra.

    I'd imagine it's training hence the callsign.
    Nothing exactly out of the ordinary.

    Actually does seem to be gaining alot of altitude hmm. I would edit my last post but its disappeared like usual and won't re-appear for hours. Boards has gotten very annoying lately especially on this thread.

    Probably a maintenance run, that's the main purpose for FR at Prestwick.

    You get the odd one passing over, quite rare. Two/three visits to Dublin in the last week or so.

    Third Aer Lingus flight to have tech problems and to turn around, Dublin to Faro flight this morning turned around due to engine trouble, having a few bad days of it.
