Cloudy external varnish

Hi All, Looking for a bit of advice. I decided to take advantage of the good weather and varnish the windows and doors out front with Sadolin Extra Durable Rosewood Varnish. Hi All,

Looking for a bit of advice. I decided to take advantage of the good weather and varnish the windows and doors out front with Sadolin Extra Durable Rosewood Varnish. The first 2 coats went on fine but the third coat came out cloudy or blushed in certain areas. I'm reading that this is a humidity issue. I'm just wondering do I need to sand again and reapply?
