13.3/14 inch laptop that is quiet (fanless?) for use on the move/as secondary machine

Hi I'm looking for a 13.3/14 inch laptop to use on the move.

Main use would be word/excel and outlook email plus Internet browsing and access to work intranet (is it still called that). work portal I suppose.
I store files on dropbox and one drive so would be storing very little on the machine but would be putting Office on it.

Have desktop in work and at home so this would not be the main machine for working but prob would end up being used on the couch for both work and personal.

Need something that is quiet. Are the HP stream the only ones that are fanless?

Are the below any good?
Or are the speces too low - as I say wont be storing much on the machine but will be working on it so dont want something that is painfully slow at basic tasks.

Budget - all the below are under €300 but if you tell me I can get something spectacularly better for €350/€380 then would go to that.

Or is the budget too low for what I am expecting?
