i was hitch hiking one day to college and a man stopped to give me a lift , he was very sound but by the corner of my eye i could see he had his penis out of his zipper, sure once i looked once i kept half looking after about a mile i was where i needed to be so i told him here is grand and i hopped out, sure enough he still had the penis out , he said cheerio and i said thanks for the lift and off he went , how weird is that? was he hoping i was gay and might get it on? was he soliciting? was he breaking the law even?

There's a guy (or so I've heard from a friend of mine) who posts videos on XVideos of him driving around Europe stopping and asking women for directions while he has his dick out. Disgusting. It's a criminal perversion. I hate hearing stories of men who do that, especially on public transport. I remember a girl cried for help on a Dublin Bus, as a man was feeling her thigh. I headlocked him and a few of us dragged him off the bus. Funnily enough, a family member had worse done to him/her on holidays one year, on public transport. Same nationality as the bloke I dragged off the bus.

The worst part about the hitchhiker story in the OP is that people in need might be reticent to take a lift off other men to minimise the risk of dealing with a pervert.
