Is there any mechanics who can help me buy used car in Galway?

Hi, I am looking for a car recently and I am pretty new to cars. I find some interesting ads on Donedeals, but I am not sure about the real story behind...

So I am thinking if there are mechanics offer consultant service for buying cars? I think it's better if the mechanic can go with me to view and check the car..Anyone interested can give me quote of course....Of course free advices are highly appreciated. Thanks!!!

How much is the car? I think the AA check was hovering around €300 where as the Motorcheck one was €199.
Might be worth while calling some reputable independent garages and see what they can do - can't help you there though
