Once your p45 has been put on the system it will balance things out and you'll get it back.
You could contact revenue just to check it with them .

    What does your payslip say?

Will it come back into my bank account automatically or do I have to fill out a form to claim it back?

You have to get a payslip, otherwise how will you know what you are being paid and what deductions are coming out. Any PAYE employer must provide you with payslips when you are paid.

You are entitled to a payslip by law.
Get onto payroll were you work and ask for it. They will also be able to confirm if it was emergency tax.
It should balance up on your next payslip.
