This has almost crossed over from being **** to just plain fascinating.

    Almost.

I haven't noticed anybody else doing it.

Well then you're just not watching. Everyone is shooting from range.

origi has been ok. remember coming in when the team is shot to bits is less than favorable. no players shining tonight.

cant blame coutinho for shooting, other than that we were trying to walk it in, which proved to be futile. how we didnt score is beyond me.

rodgers may be gone after this. im passed the point of caring about him, i think everyone at this stage thinks hes gone.

Are Carlisle getting out of their half or are they camped out in their penalty area?

    And now he's managing England.

Great result taking Northampton all the way to a shootout.

I'm struggling to believe it, and its right in front of my face. Inexplicable.

Its an almost morbid interest that's keeping me watching it now.

Can't remember last time we scored from corner

We just need someone to miss a peno like Gerrard did when Hodgson's reign was coming to an end.

They're not playing for him. He's done.

Pretty much camped out, but they're having a great auld time, roasting marshmallows, telling ghost stories round the bonfire, occasionally one of 'em gets up to block yet another randomly smashed shot.

Agree with the poster who said they don't usually care about post-match interviews but it will be interesting to see what he has to say tonight. If he says they were outstanding again he surely has to be taking the piss at this stage.

How fitting would it be if the last kick of a ball under his tenure was Lovren blazing a peno over the bar in a shootout?

Pretty camped in their half, but should've scored towards the end of normal time.

They're quite comfortable. They're watching us shoot from 25 yards constantly and are happy to do so.

At first glance, you'd think this game was one sided in Liverpool's favour. But Carlisle don't even have to rope-a-dope. They're breezing through this game, just in their own half.
