You can click "Generate a Voucher" 3 times. First is for you, 2nd and 3rd are for Family or Friends or other devices.

Is there any way of doing a custom install for just web browsing. It wants me to install both anti-virus and web browsing

It wants me to uninstall microsoft security essentials to proceed. I am not willing to get rid of that trusty fellow.

For this, you only need to install Freedome. The link is in the browser.
Or you can download it from the Play Store or iTunes and Redeem code.

In Android Device, I found Chrome wouldn't allow me to log in, so I just installed it anyway via playstore, used the android browser to copy the generated voucher and it automatically pasted when I chose redemm code.

FYI. Even Microsoft don't recommend security essentials anymore ........

Does anyone know why it says you need to uninstall Avast and Malwarebytes? Dont understand why having these applications would effect a Vpn using OpenVPN.

Are you sure you've downloaded Freedome and not F-Secure SAFE?

nice - my previous code had just expired this week. Don't use F-Secure all that often but its handy for accessing the iplayer from time to time.

Great timing - my last free access VPN also expired this week (another BA from last year, Cyberghost). Thanks op

Also (though I haven't tested yet) the new version of Freedome allows you to have VPN running and cast at the same time.

    Question?

Why cant I view videos on websites with this program active?

Turn it off and on again. Sometimes their IP addresses are recognised by the most used players/apps.

The IP's come from RIPE so are updated constantly. I am connected to iPlayer on laptop and Hulu app on phone and both playing fine.

No. Not working . I would have though sites like this would be OK.

That's the only site I've not got a video working on. But I think that's more to do with one or all of the scripts running on the mirror website clashing with the sofware, as opposed to videos not working.
HLS Playlist error at URL brightcove

That website works when you have Freedome turned off and it's slow and buggy.

Thanks OP works great. Already using it for getting to torrent sites and downloading the torrents, I then switch it off for the actual downloading.

I haven't had that problem, but it could be that you have only allowed the app on Wifi, and are trying it on your phone's data network?

After you register you click on the MORE tab to the right. Generate voucher is there.

I had problems finding at first too.

I have it set to WiFi only but I'm on WiFi.

    Is this just browser based?

If I have Kodi installed on the PC will it be routed via the VPN?

No chance to use this on a DD-WRT router?
