Micronesia might have the worst football team in the world (they lost their recent Pacific Games group matches 30-0, 38-0 & 46-0), but they have the very best scuba diving in the world. Spent the guts of a week there in 2013. (Got delayed 2 days in Manila on the way - hence my previous picture of the American Cemetery there)
