Is today the only day I can receive my id card?

So last year in a diffrent college I went to there was a 3 hour que to get my id card and register. In that college I later found out you could go any other day when there is no que and do it. Is this the same for maynooth that ill be waiting in a que for 3 hours only to find out I cab register and get my ID with no que in…
