Can't find my bill...how to get account number?

    Hi there, just got the letter today about the water conservation grant.

    I received a paper bill, but can't find it, and don't have an online account.

    I have checked my bill payment online and can see a twelve digit payment reference and a fourteen digit unique mandate reference.

    Are either of these the actual account number? If not, how would I go about retrieving it, given there is a deadline of October 8 to apply online for the grant and I don't want to risk just waiting for the next bill.

    -Name;
    -Address; and
    -WPRN.
