Looking to move house, can I move my tracker from current home to a new home.

Hi guys n gals, Have a tracker mortgage with pepper, formerly danske bank. Outstanding mortgage of 260k. Looking to buy a new home. New place is 280k. Is it possible to transfer the tracker to the new home??? ! Any advice appreciated. ..

No -Danske bank no longer operate or provide Financial Services in Ireland and Pepper are servicing and providing admin for all outstanding accounts they have.

Plus, when you move house and sell up, you must clear the original mortgage and then take out a new one. Cannot port a mortgage from one property on to another.
