Nursing in private sector

Hi guys, just wondering does anyone else really dislike working in the private sector as a nurse. I recently started a new job there working in a private hospital. I have always worked in the public sector. Maybe I'll get to like it after a while but just wondering has anyone else felt this way as I dread going into work…

What are your reasons for disliking it . I have friends in the private sector that left the HSE and they love the private sector. I suppose if we knew the problem could better advise
