How to put hinged doors on this??

Hi All, Bought this shoe storage bench from Argos. I thought it had doors but it has pull-out boxes instead! We have already made it up, but figure I could take the doors/boxes apart and put hinges on the front pieces to make doors? Would that be easy enough for a DIY dummy to do? What type of hinges should we buy?
