Your less than 30pts. behind me after my first red arrow of the season.
Lost 100k but just inside top 200k.
Vardy Mahrez and Alderwereld will reverse that.

So its less than 30 now but its ok because you have loads of players to open it up again cheers!

Jaysus 30 is a lot at this stage. To be honest I don't really care about rank so much any more I just want to enjoy the game a bit more. I've been a rank zombie for the last few years and its more fun when its not something you worry about so much. I say that now knowing I expect the game to bring points to us sensible players maybe if I have a 7 fig rank in January I won't feel the same!
30 points is nothing, it's one good captain choice.

I obsess over OR, if that's good, mini leagues and head-to-heads tend to take care of themselves.

Sure tis early days but 30 points vs someone sensible can be tricky enough to make up as you're likely to have the same captain most weeks and are looking to bring in the same players. Plenty of time yet and I am more worried about those who are 100+ points ahead taking up the spaces I like to occupy! I'll get to them in the end though only a matter of time.

    just back from old Trafford
35 from 9 including 7 from Nyom who I know nothing about !
    mahrez and sahko to go
no idea if its good or bad and I don't care tonight :D

Was a memorable game to be there for!
Great goal from Blind and what an introduction for Martial, should keep Rooney out of team on that do :-)

A note on Sanchez - I was left frustrated with him returning another 2/3 pts. However looking at MOTD tonight, he had a header that 9 times out of 10 would have been a goal, only for an outstanding save from Butland (seriously, watch the save, it was incredible!) and he also hit the post. So the points will come!

Ranked in the top 17,000 now overall & into top 1000 in Ireland. Unlikely to keep this up, but haven't used a WildCard or any of the boosts yet. Defenders as captains seems to be the way to go so far.

Crawled back in myself this week! Bang on 200 points now! 414k is my highest GW rank to date things have to get better surely!!

I'm on 199 points at 884k, best GW rank so far is 606k. It's just such a grind this year but I'll keep plugging away.

The bonehead moves that pay off for others are frustrating, but it's only ever this time of year I look at their teams.. give it another 10 GWs and these lads will be an afterthought. One lad in my league brought in Hoolahan (fair enough) and Targett (questionable at best with Bertrand due back). He then left Targett on the bench, but of course he's coming in for a defender who didn't play.

Its been painful so far alright! I tend not to worry about OR until November thats when it gets real!

Ha. Forgot about that last game. Myhill the magnificent!!

34 points from 10 including the 1 point captain. 18 from Kolarov and Boaz. 16 from the other 8.
Down 60k or so to 400k. Need to check my h2hs.

The most popular captain in the top 1k was Kompany. You can only laugh.

Myhill and McCarthy starting as expected good news. Gomis and Ayew so close to a pair of goals and assists. Yaya missed an open goal. Scott fcking Dann. Goodnight.

One thing history has told us is never captain a defender unless its Watson (!), Baines or Cashley. Having said that if anyone is going to break into that group its super kol. He's not there yet though imo.

Was at the game today, Sanchez is deffo back to his best/fully fit. was sharp, few slack passes but other than that he looks to be hitting form. Should have had at least 1 goal and could easily have notched an assist if he brushes up his passing.

To be fair, he's a natural leader. :P

36 points with Mahrez left to go...not bad I guess. May be time to get rid of Azpilicueta. Thinking Bellerin or some premium defender.

Get kolarov if you don't have him, otherwise I'd go for bellerin, nice little differential for me atm, and it's only a matter of time before someone starts getting on the end of all his good crosses

Have Kolarov :D Bellerin was on my list as well. Thinking of getting in some West Brom coverage too.

On 232 points. 138k. Would be a great time for Huth to score a Mahrez assist today.

playing my 2 head to heads this week. I've 28 points.

One of them is 34-28. We both have Mahrez, and that his only player left. I have Payet and Huth remaining. Hoping I can finally win one in this league :/

The second H2H is 28-27 in my favour. We both have Mahrez and Payet. His differential to my Huth - is Micah Richards.

Gonna be a nervous afternoon for me ( I really need wins!)

33 with vardy chadli and jos to go.

23 with Chadli and Mahrez left to play.

Dropped a further 300k to 1.4million, horrible ranking and unsuure how to fix it.

Need to raise some cash but not sure who to sell, Pedro?

I don't fully agree with you here. City are on 5 CS in a row! Have we ever seen such a thing?! Hart only has 8 "recorded" saves. So it looks like they don't give their opponents any chance.

Aguero was just back from a long travel. I heard on French radio that Lavezzi was back in Paris Friday at 5.30am, I'd guess it was the same for Aguero but people posted here he trained Friday. If at all true I'd call it nonsense from Pellegrini. Then Silva was injured. KDB was not guaranteed a start. So you/we were left with Yaya. And Sanchez. But I'd not laugh at captaining a City def looking at this season's goings.
