Boylesports money hasn't gone through to paypal

    I withdrew 50 euro from the boylesports website on September 1st, boylesports said they've sent it to my paypal account and paypal said there's no restrictions on my parpal account but it hasn't come through yet. Boylesports' support has been useless with one lad effectively "hanging up" on me in the live chat.

    Anyone have experience with this? Should I wait a little longer to see if the money comes through or keep hounding support?

    Had similar experience with PP to debit card. Made 2 withdrawals 3 days apart. Second withdrawal arrived but first didn't. Continuously they kept advising speak to bank, funds withdrawn and transferred. Transpired funds not transferred and not one customer service rep actually looked into query only when I asked manager for payment reference it was discovered payment was not made.

    My advise ask they for reference and screen shot of transfer.
