Gamestop.ie pre-order not showing in order history

    I ordered the FIFA 16 Xbox bundle from GameStop today. I have paid by VISA and the funds are no longer in my bank.

    Upon checking the website, I see that the order does not appear in the recent order section.

    Anyone shed any light on this? Got me a wee bit confused.

    Hopefully the order is on its way to get here in time for release

    Did you get an email confirming your pre-order? Do you have a transaction reference?

    Call them with your reference and ask them about it.

    Received a confirmation email but their opening hours are not very good and they are now shut until Monday
