Mechanic in Waterford for Car Inspection - BMW - Evening/Night

Looking to see if anyone could recommend a mechanic to inspect a car tomorrow (Friday) evening/night in Waterford pre purchase? Would need diagnostic equipment etc of course. Car is a 1 series BMW 2008, 1.8 petrol. You can pm me with numbers if you would prefer not to share them on here. Thanks.

Would you have any other names?

Finding it hard to get someone to do it at night as opposed to during business hours. Understandably on a Friday evening but would be a handy enough nixer all the same.

Did you already ring around local garages and see who's open at that hour?
Tbh, I can't see anyone being open late on a Friday.
Someone might do it as a nixer but I don't know who and then it'd cost you big time.

Yes have rang a good few garages and most closed at 6pm.

More a independent mechanic looking for a nixer that I am looking for I suppose. My own mechanic has done it a good few times for me around my area for 100-120 euro but he won't travel that far for that understandably.

Edit: Don't need the car up on a lift or anything, just want a decent mechanic to give the car a scan, once over and test drive to make sure it's not a lemon as I've no mechanical knowledge.

There is a place in behind store all on that little backroad,OKeefe and Carew it is called. One of the guys in there used to be a BMW mechanic, I think it is OKeefe.

A colleague's sister went in there looking for him last week, and apparently he has left, but is operating on his own somewhere in tramore, I'm sure they'll tell you more inside
