Online billing discount

Hi, I recently signed up to the paperless/online billing and was told that there would be a discount for doing so. Where should I see this reflected in the bill? Regards

Hi multisport,

Thanks for getting in touch.

If you have signed up to one of our price plans, 2% of the overall discount would be for having signed up to online billing.

The unit rate displayed on your bill will be the unit rate before discounts. You will see your discount total as a one line item on the first and second page of your bill (the second page goes into more detail).
