flue height on boiler house

ive built a boiler house to the side of my house to house a solid fuel boiler stove its to the rear of the house..
question is in regards of the flue.
i cant post pics up to explain as im a new user.
the flue is 3.1 m away from my house. the shed height is 3m and the house is 30ft high at top of gable.
where my flue is located the roof height of the house perpindicular to the flue is 21ft 9..
i worked out that with this height my flue needs to terminate at 20ft high. am i right in taking 21ft9 as the ''edge of higher structure''

What height in meters would the flue reach above
1. Your eaves
2. Eaves of adjacent/closest neighbour

hi bryan . the flue would pass the roof on gable side at 21ft9. so about 6.6m

Best to get an opinion on site. Even if prevailing wind is away from the properties, what are the chances that your neighbour or you will get smoked out of it on calm winters nights

ive the flue up here near enough 21ft at present. had a few calm evenings and its not been smoking us or them out.

No formula

Typically you must take a flue above the eaves as shown in part J diagram 2

yes that is the diagram im looking at. if by using the height my flue would pass roof at i am above the prohibited zone according to the diagram

sorry for sounding stupid but the eaves. are these considered the lower part of the roof ie where the gutter is?...
