Just to clarify what charges they are facing.

    Green faced 4 charges:

    Conspiracy
    Fraud
    Companies Act 2006, Sec. 190
Criminal Justice and Licensing Scotland Act 2010, Sect. 28(1)

    Whitehouse faced 2 charges:

    Conspiracy
Criminal Justice and Licensing Scotland Act 2010, Sect. 28(1)

    Whyte faced 2 charges:

    Conspiracy
Criminal Justice and Licensing Scotland Act 2010, Sect. 28(1)

Given that they were all charged with Conspiracy (to defraud) and Criminal Justice and Licensing Scotland Act 2010, Sect. 28(1), the prosecution are obviously claiming that they were all in it together and acting in concert......

    Conspiracy:
An agreement between two or more persons to engage jointly in an unlawful or criminal act, or an act that is innocent in itself but becomes unlawful when done by the combination of actors.
    Rather serious stuff.

Do ra peepil actually want these lads to be found guilty, considering the implications it has on the sale of assets?

So many highlights of Charles Greens time at your club. The hookup with the Dallas Cowboys, the first question at one of the fan forums being What school did you go to, Chris Graham backing him to the hilt, and my personal favourite was the rumour that he had agreed a sponsorship deal with Apple and the stadium was to be re-branded as iBrox 😂😂😂😂😂

Yea because the Rangers fan base would be notorious for their foresight in such matters

Rangers v Raith in the championship today the Raith manager will no doubt have his side fired up but it is a home game so for me a Rangers win

Rangers: Foderingham; Tavernier, Kiernan, Wilson, Wallace; Halliday, Holt, Zelalem; McKay, Waghorn, Oduwa.
Subs: Kelly, Hardie, Thompson, Aird, Ball, Law, Miller.

Subs: Laidlaw, Petrie, Megginson, Matthews, Bates, Ellis, Mackie.

    What a goal by Wallace.

Great practiced set piece on the free kick and Wallace curls it past the goalie.

Rangers go one up through Wallace well worked free kick ends up at Wallaces right foot and a nice shot past the keeper

    3-0 :)

Loving this football. Oduwa made that goal happen.

Soft penalty but Waghorn puts it away 4-0

Oduwa, what an absolute delight to see.

Another penalty after he rolled up the entire Raith defense. 5-0.

I will, having seen most of your fans already do it after Murray, after Whyte, and after Green

Do my fellow Bears believe Sir Dave King's claims that Hibs actually offered Allen to Rangers, but then suddenly said no, we won't sell him to you at all http://sport.stv.tv/football/clubs/rangers/1328431-hibs-made-initial-approach-to-rangers-over-scott-allan-dave-king-claims/

One thing that we can be sure of is the mighty Glasgow Rangers came out on top here, as they always do. Even if their big transfer target went to a rival club in a bigger league. Staunch.

    "Fellow Bears" 😂😂
No reason to disbelieve King re Hibs approaching Rangers. So you really believe Rangers are missing your bench sitter ah well 😉

I suppose one reason to disbelieve him, other than his criminal record, is that it is a pretty ridiculous turn of events for Club A to offer a player to Club B, then state they refuse to sell a player to Club B.

Allen is the "bench sitter" for the Champions of Scotland. Fair to say that many of our lesser players would be sought after by lower league teams. One example of this would be Scott Allen, who Rangers tried desperately to buy in the summer. Coincidentally the exact player we are talking about right now!

It is good that Rangers have come out on top here though. Everything went as according to plan for The People.

It would indeed be the first time in history that a club has changed it's mind regarding selling a player.

It's certainly the first time a club has spent most of their summer chasing a major target only to see him leave to their biggest rivals and then claim it's actually a good thing :pac::pac::pac:

I'm not even in the camp of thinking that Celtic signing Allen was some great GIRUY to Rangers - no doubt there are some who do think this - but I do find King's desperate attempts to save face and somehow pretend as if Ra Bears have come out on top to be amusing. Just wanted to see if you had fallen for it too.

Leeanne Dempster Hibs CEO: “I took the initial call from Rangers. I can confirm that Mr King’s version of events is not correct.”

I suppose she could be lying, but you have to consider the facts that only one party here has anything to gain from lying... and only one part has a history of it.

Oh get over yourself let us worry about King. Now where did I say he would not have been a good player for us but he made his choice he went for Champions League football I can understand that but you cannot say Ki g was wrong about Celticsoing is a favour. It's simple if you had not bought him there's every chance he would still be at Hibs and therefore a decent player would have been playing for our main rivals this season. It's not difficult 😉

Where have I worried about him?

Here "So you really believe Rangers are missing your bench sitter ah well" if that isn't what you meant by that then you seriously need to work on your communication skills.

Nobody is having difficulty understanding King's spin here, however I'm afraid it conflicts with the talk of challenging for the SPL in 16/17. Rangers carry on like it is their divine right to be challenging for the title and their time in the lower leagues is a blip, yet now it's a "benefit" that their soon to be competition has signed a talented young player that they themselves were desperate to land, all because it weakens a fairly shambolic Hibs side. How ambitious :pac:

Nonsense saying we are not missing him does in no way he is not a good player. I really think you should think before mouthing off.
Off course King is going to say he wants us challenging no reason we shouldn't be but it's clear we are in no way missing him this season and if we are not missing him this season it means he could have ended up sitting on our bench next season.
But you carry thinking what you want it obviously makes you a happy bear ;)
