Bill reversal but you forgot to send me the money back

Hello, on Monday, 13th July 15 you took 143.92 eur via direct debit. D/D ELECTRIC IRELA -143.92 -143.92 This bill has been reversed (because it was a wrong estimation) and later I got a new bill. Unfortunately I haven't got the money back. Could you please send me the money? Thanks.

Your full name

Your account number

The first line of your address

Your contact number or date of birth

Confirmation you are the account holder (a sentence stating this is sufficient)
