Top Slicing for year 2012

Hi All, Can someone tell me if I can claim top slicing (redundancy) for the year 2012 now? If so is there a form to fill out? What documents do I have to give them? Who do I send them to (I'm in Dublin)? Can this be done on line now? Really appreciate any help on this, Thanks, Slick.

You can claim it now - there are no forms to fill in - you won't need to send in any documents as its based on a formula of previous years earnings .
