Vaping 95% safer than smoking.

Surprised this hasn't been mentioned here. You probably heard the news in the various media during the week, mostly covering the misleading headlines that e cigs would be available on prescription from the NHS.
This is a major endorsement from a prominent public health body, it should at the least change the argument from ' what harm' to ' what benifit'

Our own HSE have stated that they are not changing their position on vaping but that position is becoming increasingly hard to justify. A few more reports like this will leave them looking badly out of step.
