They come up for sale on the official site intermittently, obviously at face price which is cheaper than viagogo. You do have to be quite dedicated to the task (or lucky) to nab them though.
Details of everyones efforts to get tickets in this thread - probably best to read from the end and work back as the early parts of the thread are more about the initial ticket lottery which is now over.

Re seats - strictly speaking as seats/tickets haven't been allocated yet I don't its possible for viagogo to be able to tell you where you will be sitting. Caveat emptor etc.
